Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chasing air.clothing@gmail.com If your return is accepted we will provide you with an address to ship to at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inspect all items for defects within five days of receiving them, if the item is not damaged or defective in transit, and is therefor damaged within your care we cannot accept a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept exchanges. However, if your item meets the correct returns criteria we can offer a full refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We aim to have your product dispatched to you within 2-4 working days, and we aim to have it delivered within 7 working days.
